You are eligible to use FSHC services if you are at least one of the following:
- Active faculty or staff member of the university or Stanford Linear Accelerator Center (SLAC)
- Retired faculty or staff member of any of the above
- Employee of Stanford Health Care, and Stanford Children's Health
- Postdoctoral scholar
- Spouse of one of the above
Eligible dependent up to age 26. For teens over 15 who want to be seen in person, we will assess whether the FSHC is the best resource.
FSHC services are supported by benefit funds. Faculty and staff members are eligible to receive FSHC services regardless of whether they have opted in or out of health care coverage at Stanford.
