Do you have a conflict with a co-worker or a supervisor/manager? Maybe a facilitated conversation could help. Somewhat like a mediation, a facilitated conversation uses an objective, non-judgmental facilitator to help individuals hear each other to move toward resolution.
Facilitated conversations are strictly confidential, and are focused on problem solving, with an emphasis on mutual understanding, and with the intention to move towards productive agreement.
Typical Process:
- Initial contact is made by filling out request form
- Facilitator, if deemed the right course of action, will talk to each individual to assess the ability to be helpful
- If all parties agree - we schedule a first hour and forty-five-minute meeting
