The Stanford Faculty Staff Help Center offers a variety of services for the Stanford community, including confidential counseling, workshops, discussion groups, department consultations, facilitated conversations and meetings, and educational webinars.

Short-term counseling
In State Employees: The Faculty Staff Help Center offers Short-term help for many issues that are impacting people, including job-related, relationship, parent-child, grief and loss, depression and anxiety, addiction, retirement, and other issues. The first session is an assessment and the benefit is for up to 10 sessions.
Out-of-State Employees: Stanford-benefited employees who are located outside of the state of California are not eligible for counseling at the Help Center. Instead, they may access this dedicated out-of-state Employee Assistance Program.
Services
